Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage treatment attempts to repair deeper levels of muscles and connective tissue in order to alleviate postural problems, persistent pain, and muscle stiffness. The massage targets certain regions of adhesions (knots) and stress in the muscles and fascia using deliberate, slow strokes and strong pressure.

Deep tissue massage may be more painful than typical massage treatments since it focuses on these deeper muscle layers to relieve stress and enhance mobility. It is especially good for clients suffering from chronic pain, sports injuries, or recovering from physical stress since it makes them feel more balanced and energized.
